Large blue-chip multinationals, Government institutions to sole traders. Any organisation who believes they can improve their systems, processes and personnel, that getting smarter is an essential ingredient for business success.

 

LH How I work
Never take a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Firm belief that logistics solutions are best worked out ‘in context’ - be that, in terms of physical, environmental or personnel constraints. Crucially establishing a feedback loop and working closely with key stakeholders, senior management down to the ‘coal-face’ personnel, everyone has an idea or viewpoint. The consultants task is to cherry pick, sanitise, rationalise then formalise much of this existing know-how, then overlay this with proven logistics theory to present innovative solutions that deliver quantum change.
